thanks for the comment. I think I disagree. Security tokens are smart contracts that, in the case of the R-Token or DS-Token, include the regulatory checkpoints. Furthermore, new regulations will need to be implemented as security tokens start trading in new geographies. That’s the definition of programable regulations.

One more thing, I was referring to security tokens as the space and not as the actual tokens.
