In another installment of my series about modern mathematical problems, today I would like to discuss one of the most iconic problems in the last few centuries of mathematics. The Poincaré Conjecture eluded mathematicians for over 80 years and was even included in the Clay Mathematics Institute’s list of $1 million prize problems.
