agree. To be fair, the term OpenAI uses is sentiment unit but I guess sentiment neuron is more marketable ;) What you are saying is the equivalent as the brain works. We rarely see single neurons responsible for tasks and that’s an oversimplification from the neuroscientific standpoint. Typically, tasks are accomplished by groups of neurons that work cohesively as a single unit.
